Terms and Conditions

Before making a reservation with TRIPDIARIES ROVARA TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED, we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between TRIPDIARIES ROVARA TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED and the person from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due. The purchase of any travel services offered by TRIPDIARIES ROVARA TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Client and TRIPDIARIES ROVARA TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED and represents the Client’s acceptance of the TRIPDIARIES ROVARA TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED Terms & Conditions set out herein.

Booking and Payment Conditions:

• The booking amount is non-refundable.
• Booking is subject to availability, and no bookings are confirmed until the booking amount is received.
• For special dates (e.g., December 24th, December 31st, February 14th), hotels may charge mandatory Gala Dinner fees, payable directly at the hotel.
• At check-in, hotels may require a security deposit, which is refundable at checkout.
• Honeymoon Benefits and Inclusions may change at check-in.
• Visa issuance is at the discretion of the Consulates/Embassies; TripDiaries assists with submission but is not responsible for visa rejections or delays.
• Compensation for cancellations or service disruptions is limited to INR 5,000 and is subject to verification.
• For date changes, member changes, or destination changes, additional charges apply (minimum 25% of the Land Package).

Cancellation Policy:

• For domestic bookings:
  • 30 days to date of booking: 50% of the Land Package cost.
  • 30 to 20 days: 75% of the Land Package cost.
  • 20 to 10 days: 90% of the Land Package cost.
  • Less than 10 days: 100% forfeited, no refund.
  • No-show: 100% forfeited, no refund.
• For international bookings:
  • 30 days to date of booking: 25% of the Land Package cost.
  • 30 to 15 days: 50% of the Land Package cost.
  • 15 to 7 days: 75% of the Land Package cost.
  • Less than 7 days: 100% forfeited, no refund.
  • No-show: 100% forfeited, no refund.

Payment Policy

Domestic Payment Policy:

• Token Amount should be paid at the time of booking.
• 50% payment to be made at the time of booking or within 2-3 days.
• Balance 50% of the Land Package cost due 20–30 days prior to travel date.
• If booking is within 30 days of travel, full payment is required within 2–3 days.

International Payment Policy:

• Token Amount should be paid at the time of booking.
• 25% of the Land Package cost due at the time of booking or within 2–3 days.
• Balance 75% of the Land Package cost due 30 days prior to travel.
• If booking is within 30 days of travel, full payment is required within 2–3 days.

Additional Terms

• Token amount is non-refundable and will be adjusted only in the booking.
• No-show guests will not receive any refunds or rescheduling.
• Tours can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities.
• SIC (Seat-In-Coach Basis) pickup/drop timings are subject to change, and no replacement will be given if a guest fails to reach on time.
• Compensation for cancellation or disruption is capped at INR 5,000, subject to verification.
• Refunds are processed within 10–30 working days after a cancellation request is raised.
• Peak season (20 Dec–05 Jan) payments are non-refundable.

Ticketing Terms and Conditions

• Check-in for domestic flights is 2 hours prior; for international flights, it's 3 hours prior.
• Flight cancellations due to natural calamities are beyond TripDiaries’s control.
• Air ticket cancellations or changes are not possible unless specified during issuance.
• Passengers must adhere to airline policies, including wearing masks and sanitizing hands.
