Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s), we must be notified in writing.

Domestic Cancellation Policy

  • Date of booking to 30 days: 50% of the Land Package cost.
  • 30 to 20 days: 75% of the Land Package cost.
  • 20 to 10 days: 90% of the Land Package cost.
  • Less than 10 days: 100% amount will be forfeited.
  • No show: 100% amount will be forfeited.

International Cancellation Policy

  • Date of booking to 30 days: 25% of the Land Package cost.
  • 30 to 15 days: 50% of the Land Package cost.
  • 15 to 7 days: 75% of the Land Package cost.
  • Less than 7 days: 100% amount will be forfeited.
  • No show: 100% amount will be forfeited.

Payment Policy

Domestic Payment Policy

  • Token Amount should be paid at the time of Booking.
  • 50% Payment has to be made within 2-3 days of booking.
  • Balance 50% of the package cost must be paid 20-30 days prior to the travel date.
  • If booking is made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required within 2-3 days.

International Payment Policy

  • Token Amount should be paid at the time of Booking.
  • 25% of the Land package cost to be paid within 2-3 days of booking.
  • Balance 75% of the Land package cost must be paid 30 days prior to travel.
  • If booking is made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required within 2-3 days.

Terms and Conditions

  • Token Amount is non-refundable and must be paid at booking.
  • No refunds or rescheduling for no-show guests.
  • Tours may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamities.
  • Any compensation promised is capped at INR 5,000 subject to terms.
  • Airlines ticket cancellations are governed by their specific policies.
  • For unused hotel accommodations or services, refunds are limited based on the amount recoverable from providers.

General Information

  • Carry essential items only; excess luggage may cause inconvenience.
  • Ensure the safety of luggage, especially in public areas.
  • Always carry copies of passports, visas, and other travel documents.
  • Follow Covid-19 safety protocols, including masks and vaccination certificates.
  • Hotel check-in: 12:00 PM (Domestic) or 2:00 PM (International). Check-out: 12:00 PM.
