Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s), we must be notified in writing.

Domestic Cancellation Policy:

  • Date of booking to 30 days: 50% of the Land Package cost.
  • 30 to 20 days: 75% of the Land Package cost.
  • 20 to 10 days: 90% of the Land Package cost.
  • Less than 10 days: 100% amount will be forfeited, and no refund shall be given.
  • No-show: 100% amount will be forfeited, and no refund shall be given.

International Cancellation Policy:

  • Date of booking to 30 days: 25% of the Land Package cost.
  • 30 to 15 days: 50% of the Land Package cost.
  • 15 to 7 days: 75% of the Land Package cost.
  • Less than 7 days: 100% amount will be forfeited, and no refund shall be given.
  • No-show: 100% amount will be forfeited, and no refund shall be given.

Payment Policy

Domestic Payment Policy:

  • Token Amount should be paid at the time of booking.
  • 50% payment has to be made at the time of booking of the Land Package or within 2–3 days.
  • The balance 50% of the Land Package cost has to be cleared 20–30 days prior to the travel date.
  • In case the booking is made within 30 days of travel, the customer has to pay the full amount of the booking within 2–3 days.

International Payment Policy:

  • Token Amount should be paid at the time of booking.
  • 25% of the Land Package cost at the time of booking of the Land Package or within 2–3 days.
  • The balance 75% of the Land Package cost has to be made 30 days prior to travel.
  • In case the booking is made within 30 days of travel, the customer has to pay the full amount of the booking within 2–3 days.

Terms and Conditions

  • Token Amount is non-refundable and will be adjusted only in the booking.
  • No-show guests will not receive any refunds or rescheduling.
  • Tours can be canceled or postponed due to natural calamities.
  • SIC (Seat-In-Coach Basis) pickup/drop timings are subject to change, and no replacement will be given if a guest fails to reach on time.
  • Compensation for cancellation or disruption is capped at INR 5,000, subject to verification.
  • Refunds are processed within 10–30 working days after a cancellation request is raised.
  • Peak season (20 Dec–05 Jan) payments are non-refundable.

Ticketing Terms and Conditions

  • Check-in for domestic flights is 2 hours prior; for international flights, it's 3 hours prior.
  • Flight cancellations due to natural calamities are beyond TripDiaries’s control.
  • Air ticket cancellations or changes are not possible unless specified during issuance.
  • Passengers must adhere to airline policies, including wearing masks and sanitizing hands.
